BBL Carlton can place options on several properties that you believe can meet your need. We would purchase the property you want, design, and construct the building you want. You purchase the new facility through a lease-to-own contract.
- Non-Profit Loan Assistance
You already own the property that will house your new project. We would work with your financial director/institution, or bring ours to the table, to secure low-interest loans for the project. We provide guaranteed costs so you know exactly how much you need to acquire to make the final commitment.
- Design & Manage
We provide design and construction management services for a fixed fee. This is different from traditional construction management in that you have only one entity to work with during the entire process. BBLCarlton would provide the design and a guaranteed price. We also put construction packages out for competitive bid so you can meet State & Federal guidelines on any monies you have acquired.
